BOOKING CONDITIONS
PRICES PER NIGHT FOR 2025
January - February 310 € | March - April 390 € | May - June 440 € | July - August 580 € | September - December 440 €
Please note that there is a one-off final cleaning fee of €200 and, if required, €150 for pool heating.
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION
To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total amount. The remaining amount, including the security deposit of €1000 per stay, is due no later than 6 weeks before your arrival. If your booking is made less than 6 weeks before your arrival, the full amount is due immediately.
If you cancel more than 6 weeks before your arrival date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before your arrival date: no refund (except the deposit and final cleaning fee).
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Please note that our house has open stairs inside and outside and an unfenced pool. For this reason, parents or guardians must take special care to ensure the safety of their children. If you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We ask for your understanding that smoking in the house and bringing pets is not permitted.
